Introducing Dexter and Eleven!

We've hand-raised them since they were babies. They are brother and sister, and very much a bonded pair – you’ll often find them snuggled together or grooming each other. (Though, place a piece of capsicum between them and you might witness a hilarious mini tug-of-war – sibling love at its finest!) Both are desexed and micro-chipped.

They are fully toilet-trained and very accustomed to having people around. When their names are called they will come running. And will often jump into your lap when you say ‘lap’.

They both love a good pat, especially around the cheeks and ears, and if you get it just right, they’ll reward you with the adorable sound of bunny "purring" (teeth grinding). Eleven also likes to give you little licks. Dexter is a chill little guy (and the boss of our household). He’s happy with pats on the ground or being picked up for cuddles. Eleven prefers pats while on the floor, but when she’s in the right mood, she’s happy to be scooped up for a snuggle too.

They love to forage in their enrichment toys, destroying a cardboard box and binking and flooping throughout the day.ss

Their ideal new home would be with experienced or knowledgeable bunny owners who truly understand the needs of rabbits – and absolutely not someone who would keep them confined to a hutch. We’re looking for someone who will provide them not only with plenty of space and freedom but also with ongoing enrichment, stimulation, and love to keep them healthy and happy.

Dexter and Eleven have always enjoyed an indoor-outdoor lifestyle. They have full access to the garden during the day through a catflap (which we close at night for their safety), so a home that can offer similar indoor-outdoor flow would be perfect for them.

Finding the right home is incredibly important to us. We want to ensure they go to a place where they will be loved as much as they are now, with space to roam, snuggle, play, and thrive.
