This Hanging Flytrap is an incredibly efficient, economical and eco friendly method of fly control. For use outdoors, they will dramatically reduce flies, inside and out.
Also an ideal tool for trapping living flies for your frogs, reptiles or spiders etc.
Any bait may be used, liver, meat, fish etc. Best to use fresh and keep moist. Just hang near fly hot spots. Attracted to the bait, the flies then leave the tray, traveling up the cone, into the cage and trapped in the cage.
The trap is constructed of UV stable mesh, Steel rings and metal clips with a plastic bait tray. It is re-usable and should easily last several seasons.
This collapsible trap would be great to take CAMPING or HUNTING. Trap can be easily emptied by inverting the cone and shaking the dead flies out.
To feed the frogs, just upside down the trap and invert the cone, keep the cone closed. When the flies moved up, collapse the trap and put in the terrarium. The cone shapes like a hat. And frogs wait besides. Or just put down the cone , and shake the cone in to the tank.
