Please note cultures will take varying times to cycle to hatch dependent on age of culture and temperatures.

Shipped fresh each Monday & Wednesday ONLY. Please ensure as per shipping footer your orders are in by 9am to ensure dispatch. After this cut off your orders of live food will be dispatched on the next cycle, which could be the following Monday.

We allow pick up, or can ship throughout NZ as per shipping options. Overnight courier is NON RURAL ONLY! Rural shipping available but 3 - 4 day delivery. Shipping is at buyers risk and we take no responsibility being a perishable item. Overnight is targeted for urban areas. Non Urban or outer areas may take additional time
