We ship with NZ Post Monday to Thursday for courier non rural, Monday to Wednesday courier rural. Our farms and Locusts are shipped Monday to Wednesday. NO LIVE DELIVERY GUARANTEE ON ECONOMY POST To qualify for our live delivery guarantee, you must contact us on the day of delivery with photos. We reserve the right to hold off posting your insects if we feel we would be putting them at risk, in most cases we will still give you the option of posting at your risk. We will email your courier number on the evening that we post your feeders, it is up to you to keep an eye on your postage if there are delays we suggest you contact New Zealand post immediately as well as contact us. To qualify for the live delivery guarantee you must select the courier option. Orders must be in and paid for by 8:00 p.m. the evening before postage however where possible if your order comes in prior to postage that morning and we are able to we will get it off with that day's postage.
