We accept cash, ping, eftpos, BTC and bank deposit online. We don’t operate accounts. PAYMENT METHODS Payment instructions will be sent to the winning bidder as soon as possible after an auction has closed. Please confirm any additional items you require before payment.

If you win an auction over a weekend or public holiday, payment instructions will be forwarded on the next working day. Please ensure you quote your auction number when making payment to enable quicker handling of your item/s. Our bank statement is checked once a day. If you do not receive an email from us with payment instructions please check your junk mail.

We are happy to hold a bike for up to a month after payment, however payment needs to be made within 3-4 working days.

We use NZ Post and Aramex for bike boxes and smaller parcels, to ensure that you are getting the best shipping fee and the network covers your area. Please note that we are unable to deliver to PO boxes. Rural delivery will attract additional fees. Most shipping fees are available in our listings, if you require a quote to a destination not listed, please let us know.

Courier delivery is usually within 2-5 working days. Large freight could take up to 10 working days. Rural delivery could take additional 2-3 working days. Getting things delivered on time is important to us, but we cannot guarantee delivery times as we use a third party shipping company. So we cannot be liable for any loss, cost or expense caused by delay in delivery.

If the product is damaged in transit, please do not sign for the delivery and have the freight company return the goods to the sender, contact us and we will arrange for an alternative unit to be delivered. On signing for the delivery, you have accepted that the product is in good condition. If the product we sent out was damaged please do let us know strictly within 3 working days so we can have this rectified.

Our Trade Me page is managed, and we answer via Q&A or you can text us on the mobile number below. We will endeavour to answer all questions, emails and winning auctions within the same working day. Please be advised these second hand bikes may have minor cosmetic defects. If the bike is shipped or transported after pick up we recommended that the bike be reassembled by a skilled bike mechanic, however if you do choose to assemble it yourself don't hesitate to ask if you need any assistance. Please ensure the bike is fully assembled and accessories are in hand before recycling the box and disposing of recycled packing materials. And lube the chain before riding.
