Ping allows you to pay instantly for your purchases by credit or debit card or bank deposit on Trade Me.

We now also accept payments using After pay.

Cloudlinen dispatches all your orders for free nationwide. Once we receive your order via our secure online server, we’ll dispatch your order within 2 working days.

Please note: We are unable to make changes to your order once your items have been picked.

You agree to your details including your Delivery Address to be supplied for the purpose of delivering your Goods. Please ensure you provide correct address including correct suburb & postcode.

If you cannot be available to accept your delivery, you may contact the courier directly to provide them with an ‘Authority to Leave’ the goods unattended, this will however void your warranty and neither Cloud Linen nor our courier can be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage to your item.

Please note that these are estimates and our carriers will ensure to meet these on all occasions; however please allow up to 7-10 business days.

We at Cloudlinen are confident you will be happy with your purchase, In an unlikely event If a product is damaged or not working properly, contact us to organise return or refund possibility.

You will receive a full refund less the inbound and outbound delivery costs associated with the returned goods. In the event a product is purchased during a Free Delivery, the actual delivery cost of products(s) purchased will be deducted from your refund.

Once your returned item(s) have been received, will review items, and once cleared you will either receive your new item or a refund by Your default payment methods.

We will accept returns for faulty products, however for hygienic reasons we will not exchange or refund goods for change of mind. We only accept returns if the product is damaged or not working properly. Refunds are for the cost of the product only and do not include the shipping cost. If we have offered free shipping actual initial shipping cost would be deducted from refund amount.

Please note Under the Health Act pillows, quilts, underlays, bed toppers, mattress and pillow protectors are non-refundable unless faulty. We unfortunately cannot accept exchanges or returns for these products. We encourage you to make your selection of items carefully prior to your purchase.
