Payment instructions will be sent to the winning bidder as soon as possible after an auction has closed,and then you can choose any of above the payment method which is convenience for you.

Despatch: We ship all items via Registered Eparcel Post or Fastway courier at the moment,tracking number provided,you can follow up with your goods once they are sent out,our handling time is 1 business day after payment cleared (except weekends and public days), different area has different delivery date.

Pick up: We have a warehouse in Auckland,pick up order is available for most contain products.Warehouse opens from Monday Thru Friday 9:30 AM - 5:00 PM Pacific except public days,pls contact us with all information in advance,we need to fix the appointment with warehouse manager and make a booking number for you to save the pick up handling fee.

1.Q:Is this items suitable for low/unequal/all water pressures?

A:Please note that all of our product are suitable for NZ standard main water pressure,cannot be used for low/unequal/all water pressure.Thank you.

2.Q:Is your shop open on Saturday? A:Yes,we are open on Saturday 9:30am-1:30pm.

3.Q:Where is your showroom/warehouse? A:Our warehouse is in Avondale Auckland 1026.Could you please confirm the exact time you will come to us?We need to fix an appointment with our warehouse manager and prepare the product for you before you come.Thanks.

1. All customers must contact us via email within 10 days after receipt in regards any return.We are not liable for any return if customers simply only change mind or order by mistake.Customers need to pay return postage plus 15%-20% restocking fee along with original packaging and all accessories.
2. In spite of the issue,customer's item must be returned to our facility at the buyers shipping expense unless item is faulty or damaged.If we receive an item without an email notification,a return will not be processed.
3. Upon receipt of the item and completions of our inspection,a refund or replacement will be processed.If the order is found to be defective,we can either grant a full refund(Paypal or bank transfer),or a replacement with no additional cost.If the order is not found to be defective and we grant a refund,80%-85% of your original payment.Our warranty does not apply to products that have been misused,modified,repaired or abused by anyone.Our products reserves the right as final authority on whether the products should be replaced or refunded.
4. We will not be liable for any incidental,indirect, consequential,or damages of any nature arising from the sale of the product.
