Listing #5226835277Disappointing Experience – Faulty Product and Lack of Response: On arrival I found the product was poorly packaged, with no proper protection. Upon setup, I discovered that the LCD screen is only partially displaying, and the time set and radio buttons do not work. To make matters worse, I reached out to the company regarding this issue, but I have yet to receive any response. Poor customer service on top of a faulty product is extremely frustrating. I expect better
