Please note that orders over 1.2m in length we can only ship to urban addresses. We cannot deliver to rural addresses.

Upon completion of your purchase, our team will organise for your product to be dispatched as soon as possible. We will also notify you when your product is dispatched via e-mail and provide you with tracking details. (If the item is not available, you will receive a notification with alternative options).

• All items marked as "In Stock" and available for purchase are stocked in our warehouse. If available, all orders will be dispatched within 24-48 hrs depending on the order volume we are experiencing, please allow 2-4 business days for delivery to most postcodes within New Zealand
• All small parcels are sent via Courier. Once your order is fulfilled by us you will be sent your tracking number via the e-mail address you provided at checkout.

Important information:

• Orders made on weekends and public holidays will be dispatched the following business day.
• We pick, pack and process your order as fast as possible once you have completed your order. Due to this, we cannot guarantee changes to your order including your delivery details, items, sizes, or removing items from your order. If you change your mind about anything, please let us know ASAP and we will do our best to assist.
• GETOUT is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct.
• In the unlikely event that an ordered item isn't available or we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you within 3 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder, or a full refund.

Get!Out - REFUND, EXCHANGE & RETURNS POLICY

Please note, we are unable to offer refunds for “change of mind” purchases or unwanted gifts. We also do not refund for goods which have been delayed in transit by the carrier.

Returning products due to wrong size or colour Please choose your items carefully. Due to the nature of this business of limited stock deals, we are unable to offer exchanges on size or colours. Imagine you buy the last item we have in the wrong size or a colour and you decide you don't like, and then want to return it, we have missed out on selling that gem to someone else.

Incorrect Orders In the instance where getout has sent an incorrect Order or provided incorrect information. Please send us an email us and inform us of the error. We'll cover cost of shipping back to us & the return cost back to you.

Damaged in Transit Don't stress - we'll work with you to remedy this! Sometimes our freight partners can be a bit over zealous about getting your item to you as quickly as possible and accidents can happen. If we have the item still in stock we will get you an new one asap. If you are home at the time of the delivery make sure you alert the driver to the damage! This really helps us with the claim process.

Warranty Claims For warranty Items, please contact us first. If the item is deemed to be faulty, we will cover cost of shipping back to us & we'll cover return shipping cost to get a replacement or the repaired item back to you.
