Get!Out - REFUND, EXCHANGE & RETURNS POLICY
Please note, we are unable to offer refunds for “change of mind” purchases or unwanted gifts. We also do not refund for goods which have been delayed in transit by the carrier.
Returning products due to wrong size or colour
Please choose your items carefully. Due to the nature of this business of limited stock deals, we are unable to offer exchanges on size or colours. Imagine you buy the last item we have in the wrong size or a colour and you decide you don't like, and then want to return it, we have missed out on selling that gem to someone else.
Incorrect Orders
In the instance where getout has sent an incorrect Order or provided incorrect information. Please send us an email us and inform us of the error. We'll cover cost of shipping back to us & the return cost back to you.
Damaged in Transit
Don't stress - we'll work with you to remedy this! Sometimes our freight partners can be a bit over zealous about getting your item to you as quickly as possible and accidents can happen. If we have the item still in stock we will get you an new one asap. If you are home at the time of the delivery make sure you alert the driver to the damage! This really helps us with the claim process.
Warranty Claims
For warranty Items, please contact us first. If the item is deemed to be faulty, we will cover cost of shipping back to us & we'll cover return shipping cost to get a replacement or the repaired item back to you.
