PAYMENT OPTIONS:

PAYNOW is preferred, and is the most efficient way of ordering. Cash on Pickup is available for those wishing to visit our Show Room in Te Atatu south, Auckland.

ORDER COLLECTION:

Orders can be picked up by appointment only - call 027-2283881 to arrange a time.

SHIPPING INFORMATION:

We use “targeted overnight delivery” on all orders that fit into a courier bag, and are placed before 2pm.

Other Larger Items: North Island is overnight delivery South Island is 2-3 working day delivery

All orders are “No signature required” unless by buyer request.

All items carry a 12 month warranty unless stated otherwise.

We honour the NZ Consumer’s Guarantees Act and any relevant NZ consumer rights legislation.

Items sold will not be covered by warranty if they are damaged by liquid, impact or any misuse by the user. In addition, removal of any label, tampering, or any unauthorised use also voids the warranty.

Under no circumstances will we pass your details on to a third party, and all information supplied is considered private and confidential.

No credit card information is stored unless directly requested by the customer.

CUSTOMER SERVICE:

Our Trade Me page is managed Monday to Friday 9.00am – 5pm. We will endeavour to answer all questions, emails and winning auctions within the same working day. If an auction is won after 3.30pm contact may be made the following working day.

We are a GST Registered Company and a GST Invoice will be provided with every sale.
