• For DIRECT IMPORT products Our primary shipping service is by UBI NZ Priority Line, FGL or Australia Mail Service. All take up to 10 BUSINESS DAYS - 14 BUSINESS DAYS for delivery (INCLUDING ORDER PROCESSING TIME)
• For New Zealand stocked products our primary shipping service is by TRADE ME’s Book a Courier service, Freightways.
• DIRECT IMPORT PRODUCTS are shipped directly from our International/overseas suppliers/vendors.
• We and our suppliers/vendors, will use its best endeavours to meet stated timeframes for delivery, however many factors (some of which are beyond our and the Supplier’s/Vendor’s control) can affect these timeframes and the suppliers/vendors cannot guarantee that they will always be met. However, we want to get your orders to you as quickly as humanly possible.
• We process all orders within 1-2 working days after payment has been confirmed.
• All orders received on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday. Please note, business days do not include weekends or holidays. During holiday periods, orders may take a bit longer to process.
• As soon as we process and ship out your order, an automated email will sent to you with the Delivery Information & tracking number of your order with further constant tracking & delivery updates till you receive your order

Please read the conditions and exclusions below:

Conditions

1.) Your item must be in a saleable condition, meaning all original packaging (including shrink wrap and security seals) must be fully intact and the item should be unopened, unwashed or otherwise unused. 2.) Any accessories, manuals and gifts included with the item must be returned. 3.) All labels and tags should be still attached. 4.) The product being returned is not on the exclusions list below. 5.) Return shipping is at the buyers’ expense for the change of mind returns 6.) Restocking fees must be apply under change of mind returns and it will be calculated on case by case basis. 7.) Please make sure you have your Trade me order number handy to make the process as smooth as possible. 8.) Once approved, you’ll be provided with the return details 9.) When we receive your item back our team will do a quick assessment then issue you a refund for that product. 10.) We accept all returns to New Zealand address.

Exclusions

1.) Health and beauty products, including cosmetics and fragrances. 2.) Hosiery, underwear and swimwear. 3.) Bedding and accessories (e.g. pillows, mattress toppers/protectors etc.)
