The orders will be processed and shipped from Auckland on 1 business day once we receive the payment. All the tracking information details will be updated on Trade Me. The estimated delivery period will be 2-5 business days.

As the stock problem, the orders from some listings will be processed and shipped from China in 1 business days once we receive the payment, we will mark our shipping location clearly on our listing's subtitle and description. The estimated delivery period will be 8-10 business days.

Return Policy

We offer 3 Months return period for all the products if customer doesn’t like the product or the product is defective. Please feel free to contact customer service before you want to return the product. If product is faulty or damaged please allow us to give the best possible replacement for your product, if we are not able to provide you the replacement we can process a refund for you.

Warranty Policy

We offer 1 Year warranty for all the products. For the customers who purchase within 3 months, we will offer free replacement & free shipping for the defective items. For the customers who purchase exceed 3 months but within 1 year, we will offer free replacement but not include the free shipping.

Order Cancellations

You can cancel the order before it has been sent out from the warehouse. Once it will be sent you can send the item back to us, once we receive it we will process a refund excluding shipping price.
