Payment Terms:

You will be sent an email straight after the auction with payment details and instructions.

Payment must be made in full prior to delivery and a maximum of **** 3?days after auction closes (unless prior arrangement has been made).

Pick ups:

Pick up and payment can be made during our normal business hours from UNIT 4, 2 Canada Street, Auckland Central. Payment can be made via Cash, EFTPOS and Credit Card (Pay Now)

Please call before you collect as prior arrangement is required.

Goods will be shipped the same working day payment has cleared.

We dispatch sold items within one business day of payment! Ship by various freight companies depending on size and location of delivery. Packages ship from our warehouse every business day (Monday - Friday) excluding holidays.

Warranty:

We operate within the rules of the Consumer Guarantees Act, and we will provide a remedy under that act if the goods are faulty. If you have a problem please contact us immediately and we will handle the situation from there. We will either replace or refund a item, always at our discretion.

Returns:

We do not accept returns simply because you have changed your mind or because the item was not what you thought it was or expected it to be.

The customer is responsible for the postage costs for returning an item. If you happen to have received a faulty item, or the item you have received is not what you ordered, then we will refund you the cost of return postage – please include a copy of the postal receipt in the parcel so we can refund you the postal cost once the items get back to us. In this instance, we will be happy to exchange the item over for you and re-send the correct item. All returns must include all original items in undamaged, re-salable condition, with all original packaging.

Your details will not be passed onto any 3rd party and we take all reasonable steps to keep your details private and confidential. We may retain your e-mail address and/or postal address to follow up on customer satisfaction or on how we can make your experience with us more enjoyable.

We recommend that Buyers leave feedback after their items are received and checked. Please contact us FIRST to discuss any issues BEFORE placing negative feedback. Negative feedback will not solve any problems.
