Layby: We also offer LAYBY. We offer 4 weeks layby for all auctions excluding $1 Reserve auctions. Please pay 25% of the total amount the first week and the remainder over the next 3 weeks (about 25% each week if payments are made weekly). Don’t forget to let us know by email each time you make a payment, and please include the original auction number and your name when making payments.

Delivery All stocked item(s) will be shipped out within 3 working days after your payment is received and cleared. Local freight charges are based on Door-to-Door Delivery within the Auckland urban area (Papakura to Albany - excluding islands in the Hauraki Gulf). Standard shipping charges outside of the Auckland urban area are calculated on Door-to-Depot Delivery (Not Door-to-Door).

Replacement We offer exchange for items that are faulty.

Damage During Transportation If a product is damaged during transportation, when taking delivery please indicate that the goods are damaged on the consignment note and inform the driver. Also please open your order as soon as you are able to confirm whether the product has arrived in good condition. If any damage is found please email or text us photos of the damage that day, and we will send a replacement as soon as we are able, and we will use your photos as evidence to make a claim against the freight company.

Refunds

• Refunds will be offered on items that cannot be replaced or repaired within a reasonable timeframe.
• Refunds will not be offered after the item has been used or if the buyer has changed their mind.
• Original freight charges are non-refundable

Kiwi Racking offers a 36-MONTH WARRANTY on products.

Kiwi Racking will repair or replace the product or part with an identical part or a part equivalent to the original product.

Kiwi Racking reserves the right to reject claims for goods that have been damaged through overload, neglect, modification, repair, or misuse. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, or any damages, losses or expenses suffered by the customer.
