Layby Layby is available on all products over $100. A minimum of 20% deposit is needed to secure item. Full payment must be made within 10 weeks of auction closing. Please ask before bidding.

Pickups Customers are welcome to pick up their purchase at our store during opening hours.

G.S.T. Tax Invoices We are a registered company and will provide a G.S.T. tax invoice. Receipts are not sent unless requested.

We ship all our goods using either PARCEL EXPRESS or FASTWAYS COURIERS. All items shipped from the premises have a track and trace number.

DAMAGE OR LOSS IN DELIVERY We cannot accept liability for goods damaged or lost in delivery however we would gladly help or offer advice within our ability, please do inform us of the incident immediately. We ship out your product as soon as we receive and confirm your payment. We aim to do this on the same day.

TRACKINGS OF PRODUCT Track and trace is available on all parcels.

INSTALLATION SERVICES We can put you in touch with professional workshops that can fit certain products. Most of the items we sell are DIY fitment and usually come with fitting instructions, we are happy to offer assistance and advice where possible. This service if for pickup customers only.

We will place immediate feedback once the payment has been verified. We hope you would reply with a feedback to us once you have received your product.

Customers are required to report to us any defective product between 7 days from date of received.

All our products come with a 6 month manufacturer / distributor warranty unless specified in auction.

Customers are required to ship the product back to us for any claims of warranty (at customer's cost).

We will inspect all returned products. If the product is found to be defective due to improper installation or misuse, the warranty will be declined automatically.

The buyer shall ensure that the goods ordered are fit and suitable for the purpose for which they are required and the seller is under no liability if they are not.

The buyer is entitled to only such benefits as the seller may receive under any guarantee given to the seller by the manufacturer of the goods.

The seller shall not be liable for consequential, indirect or special damages or loss of profits under any circumstances.

The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accident, negligent, inappropriate or improper operation, maintenance, installation, modification, adjustment or any attempt to repair the product.
