We only accept payments through Ping. Ping allows you to pay instantly for your purchases by credit or debit card or bank deposit on Trade Me.

We are not able to accept SUPcentre Store Credits, Gift Cards and/or Vouchers as a method of payment on Trade Me.

We now also accept payments using Afterpay

All orders are shipped from SUPcentre – 20 Melrose St, Newmarket, 1023, New Zealand

If you have any questions about shipping, then please email us 9:30am - 5.30pm Week days or 10:00am – 5:00pm on Weekends.

Packages are not collected on Weekends, so orders received after 1pm Friday will be shipped the following Monday or available for click and collect from our store that is open weekends. (Please confirm your order is ready before arriving at the store.)

We use NZ Post & Mainfreight to ship your goods nationwide. You will receive a tracking number in an e-mail once your order is dispatched from SUPcentre in Newmarket, Auckland.

Surfboards, Foilboards & Stand Up Paddle Boards (over 6’8” in length) – Delivered to the nearest Mainfreight Depot

North Island - $75.00 South Island $150.00

SPECIAL NOTE: Please check items carefully on arrival and/or pick up. Once the item is signed for it is YOUR responsibility and NO CLAIM can be made. You are welcome to keep the courier until the parcel is unpacked or unpacked at the Mainfreight Depot. You MUST document any damage to packaging prior to signing that you have received in good condition. We cannot exchange surfboards or paddleboards after delivery unless we have made a shipping mistake.

Returns Policy / Exchanges

SUPcentre wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. All products purchased through SUPcentre are fully warranted to the original owner against manufacturers' defects in materials & workmanship. Should you find a defect in a product you purchased upon delivery, please contact us directly here at SUPcentre. You can contact us on 09 520 3366.

Return Policy

We sincerely hope that your SUPcentre purchase will be excitedly received and enjoyed, but if it's not the right fit for you we will most certainly accept returns of clean, unworn, unwashed and unaltered items for return. Returns must be made within 30 days of the purchase date. Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Instructions

1. Pack all items carefully with a copy of your receipt, your contact information and what you need to exchange the product for eg. A different size.
2. Address the package to: Attn: Returns SUPcentre 20 Melrose Street, Newmarket, 1023 Auckland
3. SUPcentre will then exchange the product and cover the cost of sending your new item via courier.

SUPcentre will not offer refunds for customers that change their minds. If the items are not fit for their advertised purpose then SUPcentre will offer a refund as long as the item is returned within 10 working days for assessment.
