Right, he shows up with nothing to help move the spa pool in the end the spa ends up damaged He doesn't answer phone calls, texts or emails. Then 3 weeks old and it stopped working, then guess what he doesn't answer his calls or texts. So where is the warranty and how do I claim?

Really good aesthetic spa and for a really good price. Was delivered very quickly. Some small issues with communication which have been resolved. We look forward to enjoying our spa and also continued contact to keep our spa running well.

Really enjoying my spa pool, soaked in this spa for 3 days before the feedback. After free delivery and installation at my rural property in Taranakiy, I heated the spa to 40 degrees (at the coldest time of the year) and after getting in, it held the heat between 40-38 for over an hour, highly recommend serenity spas.

Patrick/Nelson ,after being a little late (held up in the traffic)he arrived at 7pm on fri night and after we manovered the spa down side of house he got stuck in and connected it up,we filled it test run and he explained all aspects of the spa, at 10 oclock he headed home to auckland,great service,brilliant product would definately purchase from Nelson again if the situation arose heads up to serenity spas great service and delivered on time almost cheeers Tony & Lynn
