Payments are to be made within 48 hours of purchasing the product.

Before payment is made a shipping option is to be selected.

Once payment has been made product will be shipped within 12-24 hours of purchase.

Payments are made as per trade me options selected. I.e ping, bank transfer

Where possible purchase’s will be shipped same day or first thing on next business day.

You may pick up purchase, email or ph us to arrange pick up.

If goods arrived damaged please let us know straight away and we can arrange for replacement items if necessary.

Refunds/warranty:

Any goods that are damaged, defect or faulty let us know and we can arrange a full refund or send a replacement. We may ask you to send the product back to us, if this is the case we will send you a courier pack to send it back to us and we can arrange pick up.

All hardware is BRANZ approved.

Hand tools have a 1 year warranty on them for defects or failure, but not general wear and tear.
