Once we book your shipment, you will be emailed with you details so that you'll be able to see the status of your shipment by using the designated courier company’s web based tracking system.(Note: We ship to New Zealand only).

Shipment is made after payment has been confirmed.

Too ensure the upmost security, deliveries are made door to door and require a signature on arrival. If no one is home during the day then we recommend using your work address to avoid having to chase up the courier. Please be aware that if you have an existing ‘authority to leave’ with a courier company we may not be able to claim for breakages.

Small Goods of Low Value Small goods that will fit in a standard NZ Post envelope with a total sales value of less than $10 (including $2.50 postage) will be sent via standard NZ Post unless you request, prior to dispatch, a more expensive courier delivery.

Refunds, Returns & Replacements Sports Clearance Brand Outlet’s mission is to give you quality products at really low prices. To do this we try to keep all costs down including the cost of covering returns from our customers. We do not accept returns except where the basis of the return is covered by the Consumers Guarantees Act or Fair-Trading Act. So please choose your purchase carefully.

If the goods have been damaged in transit please contact us immediately so that a claim can be lodged. We ask that you check your goods in full within 24 hours of receipt so that we can instigate a claim with the carriers. We will need photographic evidence of breakage at this time. Please use your unique TradeMe “P” sales reference number with all correspondence.

A replacement item/refund will be sent/issued as soon as we have had notification from the carrier that the claim will be accepted.

Faulty goods may be required to be returned for inspection. If goods are found to be faulty we will either repair or exchange them for an identical item and refund the postage/courier cost that you have paid to return goods to us (equal to, but no greater than, the shipping amount paid at time of purchase). We will also send replacement item out free of post and packaging charges. If an item is not available, we will refund monies paid including shipping costs, or offer “goods to the value of” if preferred.

__How to make a Warranty Claim __ If you wish to return your product or require a replacement then the FASTEST way is to email us using the address available through your Trademe trade/sale, clearly describing your concern.

We will then check our records and contact you as soon as possible.

This involves you, the buyer, and us working together remotely to achieve this outcome. Incorrectly spelt addresses and de-laid payments do contribute to making this aim difficult to achieve.
