Brought product at end of March, was emailed pick up instructions, drove into town to collect to be told the product not in stock (in their defence my vehicle was not big enough to take it anyway but would have gone and got trailer) after multiple emails I was still waiting 3 weeks later for the product which they still did not have in stock (despite It still being listed on trademe) so had to ask for a refund and buy elsewhere. Shame as it looks like a good shed
