The devices were awful, could not get them to work. Didn't expect much from them, but one of the two didn't even turn on. Tried emailing the company back requesting a refund and they ghosted me! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS!!!

Well packed, nice and clean, as described but not windows 11 compatible, these guy’s are loading a copy onto the hard drive in another pc and placing it into these older machines. I was naive and didn’t look at it properly.

when I arrived at your shop today to collect the Dell PC that I paid for this morning there was a issue / fault with the PC & that I requested a REFUND & was advised that the shop owner who was overseas in Turkey would need to be contacted firstly. I confirm my request for a REFUND please & to CANCEL this purchase that was not ready nor available for collection or use & that the PC Processor is not certified by Microsoft for use with the advertised Microsoft Windows 11 operating system

The item arrived and was pretty much as advertised and is functioning well. Communication from the supplier was zero, the first I heard that it was on its way was when I got an email from NZ Post saying it was in their system even though I emailed the seller twice asking for confirmation that it had been sent and an ETA.

no contact from the seller despite sending emails, etc. had to ring the shop. be wary when placing an order with them, I won't be using them again.
