Great Trader A++ Fast service going good!! ??

Dear Trade Me Customer Service, I contacted the seller regarding a return less than an hour after the purchase was made. As far as I recall, I even received a return-confirmation link from Trade Me, where I clearly stated the reason for the unsuccessful transaction. Given this, I am unsure why I have now received an email asking me to leave a post-sale review. Could you please clarify what went wrong in the process? Thank you for your assistance. Great buy, the PC was well packaged to withstand transit damage or bad handling. Would definitely purchase from them again.

Was a bit slow (3wks) to get order, this was pretty much just bad luck as they have just moved offices. Couldn't find my originally planned item but offered suitable replacement. Warehouse staff friendly and did their best to help.

Advertised as gigaports ,but the switch received is only fastethernet ports.

Absolutely terrible at communicating , the PC was not already a built unit for purchase as advertised. they still wanted to piece me something together. I apparently have to pay extra for windows 11. Also they won't give me a refund after I found out it was not a pre built gaming computer it's something they want to make from old PC parts. I am very un happy and am still fighting for my money back. After three weeks now they've taken $500 from me and given me absolutely nothing for it or refund.
