Shipping Methods: We ship using Australia Post Standard Parcel - International Parcel

Handling Time: Orders will be processed and shipped within 5 business days after payment is received.

Shipping Costs: AU Regular Postage - $ 10.95 for the standard parcel.

International Shipping: We ship internationally. Please note that additional customs fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

Delivery Time Estimates: Domestic orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days, while international orders may take 2-4 weeks depending on the destination.

Warranty: We stand behind the quality of our products. We offer a warranty of 6 months from the date of purchase on all items sold in our store.

Warranty Coverage: This warranty covers defects in material and workmanship under normal use. If a product is found to be defective within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the item at our discretion.

Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, accidents, or unauthorised repairs. Normal wear and tear is not covered under this warranty.

Claim Process: To initiate a warranty claim, please contact us through Trade Me messaging with your order number and a description of the issue. We may require the return of the defective item for inspection before processing your claim.

Refund: Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Products We are committed to ensuring our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, not as described, or incorrect, we offer exchanges, refunds, or repairs. The request for return is made within 30 days from the date of purchase.
