Standard delivery:
$12.95. Delivery within 3-10 business days.
Your Discount Chemist will refund and/or replace any damaged or faulty stock at no additional charge if claimed within 14 days.
Change of Mind Returns Conditions
- All items that have been ordered incorrectly by the customer or any unwanted products will be refunded the purchase amount minus the postage charge.
- Must be sent within 14 days of the purchase date.
- Items must be unopened and returned in the original packaging. Returns will not be accepted if the product has been opened.
- We will not refund the cost of shipping to send the items back to us.
- Any return postage charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
Faulty Product Returns Conditions
- Contact us to arrange this, as some product manufacturers choose to deal with the customer directly.
- Your Discount Chemist will refund or replace any damaged or faulty stock at no additional charge if claimed within 14 days.
- This will be classified as a free return, Your Discount Chemist will cover the delivery fee to send it back to us.
- Must be sent within 14 days of the purchase date.
