Change of Mind Returns Conditions

• All items that have been ordered incorrectly by the customer or any unwanted products will be refunded the purchase amount minus the postage charge.
• Must be sent within 14 days of the purchase date.
• Items must be unopened and returned in the original packaging. Returns will not be accepted if the product has been opened.
• We will not refund the cost of shipping to send the items back to us.
• Any return postage charges will be the responsibility of the customer.

• This will be classified as a free return, Your Discount Chemist will cover the delivery fee to send it back to us.
