Delivery Timeframes

Estimate delivery timeframes: Auckland; 2-3 working days North Island; 3-5 working days South Island; 3-7 working days

Please allow additional delay for rural delivery or during peak timing.

Tracking

When your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a notification which will include the shipping details and the tracking number. Once your order has shipped from our warehouse, it is best to contact directly contact the courier company with any inquiries about the status of your package.

Change of Delivery Address

We can change the delivery address if the order is not yet shipped. If an order has been shipped already, then we are unable to redirect the package to a different address and the customer is responsible to coordinate with the courier company.

Authority to Leave / Non-Signature Required Delivery

For any Authority To Leave (ATL) or non-signature required delivery request, this means you have agreed that our courier companies will not be liable for any damages or losses to a package left in accordance with the instructions provided.

Change of Mind Returns Policy

You can contact our NZ based team on 0800 785 802 within 30 days of your purchase to request a return / swap. Please note;

The goods must be returned in their original packaging, complete with all parts and accessories, and in a resealable and brand new condition,

Both the Original shipping and Return shipping will be at buyer's cost. The return courier is at the transit risk of the buyer. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the return of faulty goods are adequately packaged in order to ensure that they are not damaged during return transit.

We are unable to accept change of mind returns on mattresses, pillows and toppers due to health and hygiene reasons.

Cancellation

If cancelled prior to shipping, your order can be cancelled at no cost to you. Please contact us As soon as possible and within 4 hours of order to ensure it has not yet been shipped.

Once your order has been shipped, a cancelled order will be subject to the same conditions as a returned order and all freight costs will be deducted from the refund.

Fault - minor

Please contact us straight away so we can put it right! If it is a minor problem (eg missing a part) we may be able to fix it quickly. And in case we cannot repair or replace the goods within a reasonable time, we will provide you with a refund of the purchase price once the goods are returned and assessed.

Fault – major

Please contact us straight away so we can put it right! If a failure amounts to a serious fault, you are entitled to return the goods and choose to receive a replacement item or a full refund. Alternatively, you may elect to retain the goods and obtain mutually agreed compensation for the reduction in value of the goods.
