Payment Terms

You will be sent an email straight after the auction with payment details and instructions. Payment must be made in full prior to delivery and a maximum of 3 days after auction closes (unless prior arrangement has been made).

Please put AUCTION NUMBER as a banking reference. It can take up to 48 hours for transferred funds to clear. We will send the purchased items as soon as they appear in our account.

Other Payment Options

Payment can be made by Cash or Credit Card at our Store when collecting goods.

All small items are sent via Courier Post Overnight & NZ Post 1-3 day service using signature required tickets. Large items are shipped by the most suitable carrier depending on the parts size and weight. Prices on freight for large items will not be listed in our auctions as prices depend on your location, so please ask what the freight price maybe before you purchase.

Rural addresses and remote areas can add additional costs to freight and customers who live in these areas need to beware their delivery time may take longer.

Please open and inspect all parcels before signing for the courier delivery. We cannot be responsible for damage in transit so open and check the condition before signing.

We do not accept returns simply because you have changed your mind or because the item was not what you thought it was or expected it to be.

Where possible please give us as much information about your vehicle or the part you require to ensure you are supplied the right part first time.

Please view our feedback. It gives assurance of our customers’ opinions of our standard of service. We encourage feedback within the Trade Me membership. We will place feedback on all completed auctions. If you are satisfied with your purchase we would appreciate you doing the same.
