Autocolorbank accepts payment by Credit Card Only By Credit Card, Visa, MasterCard and American Express

Our objective is to process all orders within 1 to 3 working days. However, if your order is required before a certain date please contact us. Once an order has been dispatched, you should receive it within the following time frame:

Autocolorbank sends all orders using track and trace and >SIGNATURE REQUIRED< methods. All orders will be sent out to the shipping address that you confirmed at the time of ordering. It is your responsibility to ensure that delivery information is accurate and complete.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

For product purchases totaling over $250 (including GST) the delivery is FREE. The delivery charges for orders under $250 are as follows: $6 per Auckland Region order $12 per North Island Region order $20 per South Island Region order However unusually large or bulky items (over 15kgs) will incur an additional charge. Also when an urgent courier request is made, additional costs may be charged.

When we receive notification of an order, we generally process and pack the order with 24 hours and contact the courier company for collection. We ship orders Monday to Friday due to the courier service's working hours. Delivery is within New Zealand only and to physical addresses only.

Confirmation email will be sent when the products have been shipped, which will include the following information: Dispatch Date Order/Invoice number Name of the courier company Tracking Number Delivery Address Please note that the courier requires a signature to confirm delivery. If nobody is able to sign for the package at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a calling card in the mailbox and alternative delivery arrangements can be made. If you have not received the product within 48hours after receiving the confirmation email, please contact us on 09 276 4911.

Cancellation and Product Return

Please contact us on 09 276 4911 as soon as possible to change or cancel your order.

You may cancel your order without a charge at any time prior to the dispatch of goods to your address.

Refund will be made to your credit card.

You may cancel your order if the goods have already been dispatched, however, Our Online shop will make a refund to your credit card for a sum equal to the cost of the product.

Handling and Delivery cost will be EXCLUDED

Faulty Products

Goods ordered which are either faulty or not as ordered may be returned for a full refund, including postage/freight. This must be within a reasonable period.

This includes goods which are or became faulty through no fault of your own don’t match our description or sample (please note that some product pictures may not match the actual product appearance or size - the size, volume or weight stated in the product description is what you will get) have defects that were not obvious or we did not bring to your attention.
