PAYMENT OPTIONS:

PING is the preferred option and if you spend over $40, add to your cart you can get Free Shipping.

Afterpay is also available but you have to pay for shipping if you use this option

Internet Banking is most welcome.

Cash on Pickup is also available, NO Eftpos is available here

ORDER COLLECTION:

Orders can be picked up by appointment only - call 0272221306 to arrange a time, usually after 11am most days.

SHIPPING INFORMATION:

FREE SHIPPING is available when you spend over $40. Add your items to your cart and pay with PING to qualify.

We use NZCouriers for all shipments, I DON’T use Courierpost except for PO Box orders. These are currently being sent twice a week on Mondays and Thursdays(Tuesdays if Monday is a public holiday). Tracking is automatically sent out when the products are collected from here. This is by Gosweetspot.

Perfumes and Aerosols are sent by Dangerous Goods, these will take approx a week to get to you, as they have to travel by road. The extra cost for Dangerous Goods is now included in the Price of each Product.

All orders are “No signature required” unless by buyer request.

We honour the NZ Consumer’s Guarantees Act and any relevant NZ consumer rights legislation.

If you receive the wrong product, DON’T OPEN IT, Email me and I will send out the correct item along with a courier bag for the return of the wrong product. If you order the wrong product/shade you can return it for a full refund or a replacement of the product/shade, this is at your cost to return.

Under no circumstances will we pass your details on to a third party, and all information supplied is considered private and confidential.

No credit card information is stored by me, Trademe keeps all the details when you pay with Ping or Afterpay. I have no Eftpos service here.
