The condition of the case was in good condition, as per their description. However, upon returning home, I discovered that it was too small for my guitar so, at their approval, we arranged for me to swap the case for another case that could fit my guitar. Thankfully, they had another case that my guitar could fit into. I also received a partial refund due to the price difference. Very accommodating. Thank you :)
