Shipping Method

We use Courier Post and Post Haste to deliver orders. When we dispatch your item to you, an email confirmation will be sent. If possible the item will be left in a secure location at the address specified.

Shipping Times

Most orders are dispatched on the next working day. We deliver via a tracked courier service - once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with a link to track the status of your order with our delivery partner.

Standard NZ delivery is 2 business days to major cities, with additional time for rural deliveries.

Restrictions

We offer delivery within New Zealand only. We do not currently ship Internationally or to Freight Forwarders. Packages do not ship from our Hamilton stores on the following holidays:

Please note that payments received after 12.00pm on a Friday may not be dispatched until the following Monday. Weekends and all Public holidays are not classed as a business day. All orders will be processed on the first available business day.

Cash Converters Hamilton Central & Hamilton East are proud to offer quality secondhand items. We believe you will be fully satisfied with your purchase. All of our items include a 90 day warranty unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Change of Mind Returns & Exchanges Policy

Any rights you have under this policy in relation to your purchase are additional to any rights you may have under consumer laws.

All Change of Mind refunds are issued at the discretion of Cash Converters Hamilton Central & Hamilton East. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange for a Change of Mind request if it does not comply with these conditions.

If you change your mind about your online purchase, we are happy to offer an exchange or a full refund to the value of the purchased goods

Goods purchased online must be returned in original condition with proof of purchase within 90 days of the purchase date. You are welcome to return the product to us by post or instore.

Returns & Exchanges Process

Fill out the bottom section of your packing slip, indicating whether you would like to return the item or exchange for another item (please provide details). Send your completed form and item/s to:

We will provide a refund for a product purchased online in the same form as your original payment and within 10 days of us receiving the returned product.
