Buy Now-Auction Close:

We would appreciate contact and settlement/payment within 1 to 2 days of auction close. The sooner freight is in the system the better.

Payment Options:

Direct Credit to our Bank Account - Please ensure Name and Auction number are used for the reference. Trademe Pay Now - is available should you choose to use this option and pay by credit card. Cash only - when picking up an item.

GST Invoice:

We are GST registered and provide a GST invoice with every sale. Please retain the invoice for warranty purposes.

We use Toll Freight exclusively throughout New Zealand. Mostly our products are offered Freight Free to any Town/City in NZ. A DAY-TIME delivery address is required for speedier delivery. Also remember, RD deliveries will take a little longer as freight has to be transferred to the Local Delivery Contractor. If you can avoid RD delivery by using a City/Town address, it will sometimes remove delivery frustration.

A link will be sent to you for the Toll web-site so you can track the delivery.

• Buyers must check goods when delivered and report any transit damage or faults by email straight away.
• All our items have a return to store warranty unless otherwise stated. Please keep your invoice as proof of purchase.
• Warranty covers Manufactures faults and defects, not fair wear and tear, misuse or abuse. All equipment must be operated as per the Manufactures operating instructions and serviced as per instructions for warranty to be valid. As the Owner there is a responsibility of care, service and maintenance.
• Contact must be made directly with ChainsawsDirect for approval prior to returning goods under warranty, invoices will be required as proof of purchase.
• ChainsawsDirect will repair or replace where possible. Refunds will only be offered where a replacement unit is not available. Warranty valid in New Zealand only.
