If you have elected to receive email notification, you will receive one email when your payment transaction has been approved and another email when your order leaves the warehouse.

Delivery Times

Please note that estimated delivery times are based upon the time and date your order leaves our warehouse.

Your order will be shipped via Australia Post eParcel. We strive to process your order within 24 hours of it being received. In metropolitan areas this will mean delivery within 6-10 business days. In regional areas, delivery will usually take 9-14 business days however; can sometimes be longer in remote areas. Over holiday periods and during sales promotions however this may not always be possible. If your order is delayed for any reason, we endeavour to contact you and advise you of shipping times. Of course, you can always check the status of your order in the Member's Area of the web site.

We ship to Australian post office boxes and to both private and business street addresses. Please ensure you enter your address details carefully when placing your order though as we cannot accept responsibility for extra shipping costs incurred as a result of insufficient or incorrect address information. If your parcel is returned to us because your order did not contain sufficient or complete information, one of our Customer Care Team members will contact you either by telephone or by email – whichever method you elected when you placed your order with us - however you will incur an additional postage and handling fee of $20 regardless of the value of your order. If there is no-one to accept delivery at the street address nominated in your order, the postman will take your parcel to your nearest Post Office, leaving a card at your nominated street address advising you when and where the parcel may be collected at your convenience. There is no additional charge for this service.

We strongly advise you to be sure of your selection before placing an order with us, as we must adhere to health regulations when accepting returned goods, we are unable to accept products which do not meet your expectations or simply not wanted due to 'Change of Mind’.

Sadly, we cannot guarantee that our items will please everyone; every body is different as is their pleasure preference.

We will only replace items which are found to be faulty; an “exchange service” is not available because of the personal nature of our products. If a product has a manufacturing defect, then you should return that product to us for a refund/online credit.

Please retain your product packaging for the duration on the warranty period, as returns can be processed much more efficiently when the original packaging is included!

To return a defective product and unless otherwise stated, you must return the product within 30 days of purchase.

Your order is discreetly shipped in a plain unmarked cover with the address of our A & B Group Company. No where will it say what you purchased.

The package will not be labelled with any invoices or delivery challans.

Early2bed will not share your email IDs/mailing addresses/phone numbers with anybody. Only we will email you if we believe that we are providing information that will be useful to you relating to the products that you have purchased from us and products that could be of interest to you.
