We accept payments via Internet Transfer, Bank Deposit, PayNow, Ping, Afterpay, and Credit Card.

All prices include GST, and GST invoices are available upon request.

When making a payment, please use the auction number as the reference. Incorrect or missing references can cause delays in processing your transaction, as we won’t be able to identify the payer.

All items are located in our Christchurch warehouse and can be dispatched within 24 hours of placing your order.

We primarily use CourierPost for most deliveries. For larger items, such as car seats or exhausts, we use Aramex or other transport companies.

Delivery times are:

1-2 working days for smaller items 1-3 working days for larger items Please note these are estimated delivery times and apply to working days only. Delays may occur due to courier procedures.

We do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully. If the goods are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the applicable laws. It is a buyer's responsibility to send the item back.

Consumer Guarantees Act:

We follow the general rules in the Consumer Guarantees Act. In addition to your rights, your warranty is under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. However, if you are purchasing for the purposes of a business, you should agree that the terms of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 shall not apply. All warranties and conditions implied under any other statutes (including the Sale of Goods Act 1908) are expressly excluded from your warranty.

Where the goods and/or services supplied pursuant to this agreement are supplied for the purpose of a business then the provisions of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 shall not apply (Section 42.2)

These Terms and Conditions are the only terms and conditions that apply to every sale, between Finebiz Performance and all customers (“the Buyer”). Whatever other representations may have been made by Finebiz Performance, the Buyer agrees that; there are no variations to these terms and no other agreement between the Buyer and Finebiz Performance.

This Agreement describes and encompasses the entire agreement between us and you, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties and understandings with respect to the Site, the content and computer programs provided by or through the Site, and the subject matter of this Agreement. Amendments to this agreement can be made and effected by us from time to time without specific notice to you. The Agreement posted on the Site reflects the latest agreement and you should carefully review the same before you use our site.
