Shipping and Pickup

You’ve made the decision to check out some shiny new fitness equipment and hopefully you’ve found what you want, and more. Now, you just want to get your hands on your fitness equipment as quick as possible. Don’t worry, we get it - all orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours (excluding weekends).

Flex Fitness Equipment offer the convenience of having your equipment delivered to your door, as well as accommodating anyone who prefers to pickup their items.

Shipping Nationwide shipping is FREE for all purchases, no matter where you live in New Zealand. Shipping time frames are based on business days and are provided as an estimate, unexpected delays can occur from time to time.

• Auckland 1-2 days
• North Island main Centres 1-2 days
• South Island 3-5 days
• Rural Areas Allow 3-5 days extra

Once your order is dispatched, we’ll send a confirmation email with tracking details.

Pick Up - Mt Wellington, Auckland You are welcome to Pickup your order from our 3rd Party Logistics partner located in Mt Wellington, Auckland.

• Pick up is available Monday to Friday 8am - 3.30pm
• Once your order is ready for collection, we’ll send a confirmation email with all the details.
• Note large items such as Squat Racks, Treadmills and Functional Trainers will need to be collected in a Ute or Van.

At Flex Fitness Equipment, we take our products and customer service seriously. We are committed to ensuring you are satisfied with your purchase. If there is an issue with our products or services provided, please get in contact with us. We’ll take care of this together with you to ensure you are satisfied.

No returns, exchanges or refunds can be provided on items returned to Flex Fitness Equipment in a used condition, or outside our terms and conditions.

Please note that we will only provide a refund by the methods available to us at the time of your return. This may involve Bank Deposit, Credit Card Reversal or Store Credit. Please allow up to 7-14 days for refunds or credits to be processed.

If you’ve changed your mind

From 12th March 2020 until further notice, we will not provide a refund where you have simply changed your mind about products purchased from Flex Fitness Equipment.

Returns will attract a minimum 20% restocking fee to cover costs. The cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer.

(This will be decided on a case-by-case basis )

To be eligible for a return, your item:

• Must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
• Must be returned within 14 calendar days of receiving the order
• Must be unopened in its original packaging
• Must have the receipt or proof of purchase

Items or Orders not eligible for return:

• Items on sale / clearance / end of the line / Ex Demo
• Requests received after 14 days of receiving your order
• Items used or not in original condition and packaging
• Items with no receipt of purchase
• Commercial orders
