Lay By Option:

Lay by is available on all purchases of $499 and above with 20% deposit which is non refundable

Lay by Tenure depends on purchase value of goods. Please enquire in store if you want to do lay by.

All orders are shipped within 24hrs from payment clearance. We can arrange Delivery Nationwide at buyer’s cost and will quote if your place is not mentioned in the auction.

Return/Refund Policy:

No returns will be accepted on a ‘change of mind’ basis, so please be sure before you buy. All returns must comply with the Consumers Guarantees Act or Fair Trading Act.

We will replace items if the item is defective.

Goods damaged in transit must be reported within 24 hours or at the same time before signing the docket if you see any damage on the box.

Evidence of fault such as photos may be required. Any returned goods must be in unused condition with its original package. Shipping costs is not refundable and purchaser should be responsible for costs to return the product. We will be responsible to send replaced goods to purchaser if it is faulty.

Warranty:

If not specially stated then all of our products carry a 12 month RTB warranty. RTB (Return to Base) means the buyer pays for returning goods to us; we will fix or replace the faulty products and send back to the buyer. Refund will be given only if a replacement is not available. Warranties are not transferable beyond the original buyer. Shipping fee is not refundable. Warranty does not cover unauthorized repairs, incorrect assembly, misuse, or use of a product for which it was not designed.
