• Dispatch: we will dispatch your items within 1- 3 working days. All back orders will be dispatched as soon as possible after restocked, unless special request. (Despatch Notification: You will receive a tracking number, when or after the items dispatching)
• Delivery Method and Labelling: Your selections will be delivered to your door via Courier.
• Please note that the couriers cannot deliver to P.O boxes.
• Pickup in store: You will be notified by message, phone or Email when your order is available for collection. This should be within 1-3 working days. All back orders can be picked up after restocked.

Returns

• Goods MUST be returned in original condition and original package within 14 days for refund. Return freight at customer’s cost.
• Any claim for exchange MUST be made within 30 days after purchase. (return freight and re-delivery cost at customer’s cost)
• Proof of purchase MUST be provided.
• Clearance items are NOT refundable and NOT exchangeable. Please note: Products that have been installed CAN NOT be exchanged and returned for a ‘change of mind’ refund.

Warranty

• All the lights have 12 months warranty, LED down lights has 3 years warranty. Led bulbs has 6 months warranty. (filament , halogen and incandescent bulbs excluded)
• All the lights are complied with NZ standard and will provide SDOC on request.
• We recommend all electrical work must be performed by a licensed electrician.
• Please note that the finishes and colors of many of the products you see online may differ in person since every person’s computer monitor differs from others.This is not considered a defective item.
