We use Mainfreight for larger items and Fastway Courier for small items. All items require a signature upon delivery, If the product is damaged, please do not sign the document otherwise we can not replace the new one. Please ensure that you include a contact number with your delivery address.

Refund Policy

It is our goal to offer the finest products. We understand that at times you may change your mind when purchasing a product. HomeAbout is delighted to offer you a credit on your purchases you wish to return (does not include postage costs):

1. the item is returned to us within 7 working days from receipt of it;
2. the item is in its original conditional & packaging; and resaleble.
3. the item arrives to us undamaged.

Damaged Items

We offer a replacement or a money back or discount guarantee on all products that is damaged in transit, Please let us know immediately by phone or email and share with us the following information:

Digital snapshots of the damaged product and also the packaging/ boxes so that we can understand how the damage happened and prevent future items from incurring similar damages. All images are mandatory for processing a damage claim.

Warranty/Policy

All of my products carry a 12 month “Return to Base Warranty”. However the warranty doesn’t cover normal wear and tear, and any damage caused by misuse.
