All items are dispatched on the same day you place your order, provided you order before our daily cut-off time which is usually 4PM. We use Courier Post / Fast Way for New Zealand orders. Deliveries are usually take 1-2 working days for Auckland region, 2-3 working days for North Island and 3-4 working days for South Island. Please allow an extra day for big parcels to reach the South Island and for rural deliveries.

Exchange & Return Policy:

Please choose carefully as we do not refund if you change your mind for hygiene reasons. We are happy to exchange your goods within 7 days or refund due to health concerns within 7 days with proof of purchase, providing the goods are in their original condition (Full package without any damage, and reselling condition).

For exchange of any items the customer needs to contact us within 7 days from date of purchase, the customer is entitled to a Store credit for similar value, which is valid for three months from date of exchange after which the credit expires.

For return of a product to be processed for the non- suitability of the product due to health reasons, the customer shall provide a Certificate from a registered General Practitioner claiming the adverse effects on his\her health.

• If products are received without packaging, a 20% value off the retail price for the unit shall be charged as a refurbishing fee which will apply upon return.
• Upon returning with complete packaging the product shall incur a 10% value off the retail price shall be charged as a refurbishing fee for processing a return.

**The refurbishing fee includes cost of storing the product, repackaging for suitable shipping, shipping fee to supplier, prefabrication cost paid to supplier.

Faulty Exchange Policy:

All products are minimum warranted for a 1 year term for any Manufacturing defect, excluding any free gifts upon time of sale.

This entitles customer to bring back the product at store upon recognition of any manufacturing defect, the staff shall create a return invoice informing customers the product shall be repaired, if not repaired then replaced from HQ in 5-10 working days upon inspection and shall be delivered at the given address.

For any products under $100 RRP, the store manager/in-charge is authorized to place an exchange upon inspection.

All the iRelax products except the massage chairs come with 1 year of repair warranty.

Proof of Purchase must be supplied by you in respect of all manufacturer’s warranty.

The warranties are not transferable to a new owner, in the event of sale of product. The manufacturer’s warranty covers only manufacturer faults with the machine that is identified during the warranty period.

iRelax warrants that the faulty products be taken to the Warehouse. The manufacturer will assess your machine and fix it if it is due to manufacture problems or you will receive a new product with the same model if the faulty product cannot be fixed. After the faulty has been taken to the warehouse, should they find that the fault does not fit the manufacturer’s warranty conditions the manufacturer may require you to pay a minimum service charge, which is $50 for the assessment by its service agent. This minimum service charge is payable irrespective of whether you decline an item repair quote or a repair attempt fails.

The manufacturer may require you to pay a bond to cover the manufacturer’s cost of inspection.

Subject to the applicable consumer laws in the buyer’s jurisdiction, the warranties do not include all packing, freight and insurance costs for transit of the product to iRelax. The product will be at owner’s risk whilst in transit to and from iRelax. Declaration by Owner.
