We aim to make things easy, and offer several easy payment options:

1. PING payments through Trade-Me
2. Bank Transfer – for larger payment amounts we offer payment directly into our New Zealand dollar bank account
3. Credit Card – we are happy to process your credit card payment over the phone 0800-555-018, if you would like to discuss your requirements first

Shipping details will be listed with each item. Many larger items (including air compressors, refrigerated dryers, air receivers) are shipped freight free to the customer’s premises. The exception to this may be with clearance or 2nd hand items, however if there is a freight charge, it will be clearly noted on the item.

Other items, such as hand sanitizer, need special shipping requirements due to their dangerous goods classification – depending on the size and volume requirements, you will be clearly advised on each item, what the freight charges will be.

All goods offered for sale on Trade-Me are available for immediate delivery (subject to prior sale) and will be despatched from our South Island warehouse. Please allow up to 1-2 days to despatch the goods, and 3-5 days for North Island delivery, depending on the size of the goods. If you are in a rush, we recommend talking to us first on 0800-555-018 for confirmed delivery details.

We aim to make sure you’re happy with your deliveries, but acknowledge that sometimes things go wrong.

Industrial Air Systems will accept returns only where prior arrangements have been made by email or freephone 0800-555-018, and only to the agreed delivery address.

Industrial Air Systems does not accept returns or refunds if you change your mind, so please make sure the product meets your requirements (according to our specifications published on Trade Me) before you buy.

All purchases through Trade Me are subject to Industrial Air Systems full Terms & Conditions of Trade, so please make sure you have read and understand these before completing your purchase.

Industrial Air Systems is able to offer full service back-up to customers based in Auckland, Waikato, Hawkes Bay, and the majority of the South Island from their own service bases.

Installation of equipment offered for sale on Trade Me is not included in the sale price.

Many of our smaller compressors and equipment can be easily serviced yourself, and we are happy to supply service-spares anywhere in NZ for this. We have several self-help manuals available for self-service.

Some products have their own additional warranties or exclusions, which will be specifically listed on each item. In the event there is no other warranty, the following standard PneuAssure Warranty (All Pneutech products) warranty will apply. All Air Command branded products are additionally subject to the Euroquip NZ Warranty.
