Pickups

Customers are welcome to pick up their purchased item(s) at our local physical store. Please contact us either by phone, text or email in advance. Note: If we are unavailable in the store, arrangements can be made to collect your items from the next door.

Warranty Policy:

1.If a particular listing does not contain any Warranty information then we automatically provide a 30 day Return to Base Warranty. 2.The buyer must check the Item immediately and report any damages or faults to the seller by Email within 48 hours of receiving the item. 3.Just Garden will replace or repair where possible or a refund will be offered where a replacement is not available. 4.Warranties are not transferable beyond the original buyer. 5.All accessories and bonus items are not covered by warranty. E.g. Carry Bags, etc…

Warranty Does Not Cover:

1.Normal Wear & Tear. 2.Misuse, Abuse or Use of a product for which it was not designed. 3.Neglect and Careless storage. 4.Unauthorized repairs.

Replacement Policy:

1.The Buyer must check the item immediately and report any damages or faults to the seller by Email within 48 hours of receiving the item. 2.Photos or other forms of evidence may be requested from the buyer as proof of damage. 3.Just Garden is liable for sending the Replacement item back to buyer, except in the case that the returned item is tested and found not to be faulty. 4.Products must be returned with all accessories including their original packing materials, cartons and boxes. 5.Just Garden must receive all returns within 14 days from accepted delivery. If an item is returned after the 14 days from accepted delivery, we reserve the right to refuse claims made after this time frame. Item returns to be approved and authorized by Seller before an arranged return is executed.

Refund Policy:

1.Refunds will only be offered on items that cannot be replaced or repaired within a reasonable time frame . 2.Refunds will not be offered after the item has been used. 3.Refunds will not be offered if the buyer changes their mind.
