We ship to almost everywhere in New Zealand – unfortunately we don’t offer delivery to the Chatham Islands, Great Barrier Island and Stewart Island.

Most orders are shipped within 3-5 working days of being ordered, though at times due to circumstances outside of our control some items ordered may be unavailable at the time of picking. If this occurs we will inform you of delays or discuss replacement varieties/options or refund of the amount paid.

To avoid orders sitting with our courier over the weekend we will hold orders of plants placed on Friday until Monday before sending them. This is to minimize the time plants spend sitting in a courier depot and to help ensure our stock is of a sufficiently high quality when it arrives.

Shipping costs vary depending on the region. This is defined by your postcode, which you can enter in the checkout to confirm your proposed shipping costs before confirming your order.

Kings Plant Barn stands by the quality of all our products. If you are unhappy with a plant or product purchased, you can return your product to us under our standard terms.

Please choose carefully as we do not refund if you change your mind.

Bring in the plant or product to your local Kings Plant Barn store within 7 days from purchase with your receipt and we will exchange the purchase for another product or provide store credit for the value.

If you are unable to make it to a store then please email us within 7 days so that we can arrange to courier the product back to us - Kings Plant Barn, Online Returns, 280 Botany Rd, Golflands, Auckland 2013

Our eight stores are in Silverdale, Glenfield, Forrest Hill, Remuera, St Lukes, Henderson, Botany and Takanini and we're open 8:30am to 5:00pm every day except Christmas Day, New Year's Day and Anzac Day.
