Eftpos Available for goods being picked up from our company. We accept EFTPOS and credit card. Cash is also welcome.

We send all small parcels via NZ post, larger goods through various freight company in North Island. Payment must be made to us to cover such costs, and we will quote each auction independently.

Packaging All items outside of Auckland are stretch wrapped and cardboard corner protection is used.

We will replace or exchange if:

• The item is defective
• The item is incorrectly described in the auction listing

If we are unable to replace goods we will offer you a refund.

We will not refund if:

• You simply ‘change your mind’
• Item was ‘not what you expected it to be’ or ‘not what you imagined it to be’.
• Please ask all questions before bidding. Goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt, in original condition and packaging accompanied by the original invoice. All freight charges are non-refundable.

If you receive defective or damaged goods then please contact us via email initially stating clearly what the problem is. We will contact you within 2 working days with the procedure to resolve the problem via the above guidelines. We aim for 100% customer satisfaction and will work closely with you to resolve any problems.

Warranty All items come with a 30 day warranty. Please note that this warranty does not cover wear and tear to the product.
