Lay-By

A six week lay-by is available. We require a deposit of 20% of the purchase price for beds and 50% of the purchase price for sofas and lounge suites.

Delivery

If you require delivery please ask us for a quote. We offer a delivery service within Auckland. We can also arrange freight to most areas in the North & South Island.

Pick Ups

If you would like to pick up please let us know prior so we can have the item ready for you.

Freight ex Auckland

We will make sure the goods are ready and well packaged for pick up. However, National Freight is at owners risk and we will not take any responsibility for loss or damages. Most freight companies have the option of purchasing insurance. For more info please let us know.

Access into Properties

It is up to the customer to measure their property to ensure the goods fit through doors, into rooms and upstairs. Please choose carefully as there is a NO REFUND policy on goods that will not fit into properties.
Also deliveries that may be risky to our delivery staff will not be attempted.

Return or Refund Policy

In the event that an item is faulty, we will replace it or refund you if the item is unable to be replaced. Goods would need to be returned and accepted in their original condition. However, we do not have to provide a refund if you have simply changed your mind, so please choose carefully.

Privacy is very important to us. We will never pass your personal information on to any unrelated third party under any circumstances.

Beds: The beds come with a 5 or 10 year warranty that is covered by the manufacturer. This is mentioned on the auction and you will also receive a warranty card with your bed.

Sofas: The sofas come with a warranty that is covered by the manufacturer. The warranty guidelines vary with each product. The warranty covers any product that has a manufacturing defect that is not the result of normal wear and tear. Any faulty goods outside of our specified Auckland region must be returned to the Auckland retail store for inspection, the purchaser is responsible for all transport costs to and from the store should such a claim arise.
