Shipping

We use a variety of postal and courier companies to ensure that you are getting the best shipping fee and that their network is able to deliver your purchased item to the nominated location. Average delivery time-frame is 5-9 business days. Getting things delivered on time is important to us, however, we cannot guarantee delivery times as we utilizes the services of third party courier companies. Consequently we waive all responsibility for losses arising from late or missed deliveries of purchased items.

Returns

Warranty

We stand behind all our products. All our products are covered by a 12 month return to base warranty. This means that the buyer pays for returning goods to us and we will fix or replace the faulty products at our discretion. Refund will be given only if a replacement is not available. Warranties are not transferable beyond the original buyer. Shipping fee is not refundable. Warranty does not cover unauthorized repairs, incorrect assembly, misuse, lack of maintenance, abuse or use of a product for which it was not designed. Warranty excludes products used for commercial purposes.

Return Policy - If for any reason the product we sent you turns out to be faulty, our customer service centre is only an email away. We will endeavour to resolve the technical issue/fault as a matter of priority. Please contact us within 3 working days of receiving your purchase we will assist you in line with our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

Purchased May 8th, Site said based in Taupo, was in Hawera from the US visiting my Mom who has cancer, specifically bought it because it seemed local and likely to arrive before I had to leave for home. Got shipping tracking only after emailing customer support, where I learned they were actually based in Melbourne Australia. Huge disappointment because as it’s still en route and I leave tomorrow (17th). Please do your customers a service by being honest about your location and shipping times
