Totally useless at communicating. I sent an email just after winning this auction. I paid in full. I asked them if they could send in a few weeks as I was away. No reply to any of my emails. No tracking number sent I have no idea if it has been sent or if they are sending in a few weeks as I asked. Communication goes a long way. Finally filed a dispute and I heard from them the next day. It had been sent on the Monday I heard from them Thursday only after I filed a dispute.
