Receiver has to thoroughly check goods before signing on arriving from transport company.

PPC package ALL Stand Up Paddle Boards in our custom double-ply cardboard. All boards are bubble wrapped. We fragile sticker & add this way up stickers to avoid any damage with our carriers.

Please inspect ALL product when delivered. Please sign ‘damaged’ if there is any sign of damage on the box & equipment.

PPC aim to deliver orders nationwide in 2-4 working days. Delivery to remote areas may take longer. This is subject to the delivery company.

PPC have partnered with Mainfreight Transport & PBT couriers in New Zealand.

All board orders will have an automated tracking number sent you, unless you are collecting from us.

Orders are processed Monday – Friday excluding public holidays.

NZ Foil Centre wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. All products purchased through PPC are fully warranted to the original owner against manufacturers’ defects in materials & workmanship. Should you find a defect in a product you purchased upon delivery, please contact us directly here at PPC. You can contact us on 0800 400 118.

Return Policy_

We sincerely hope that your NZ Foil Centre purchase will be excitedly received and enjoyed, but if it’s not the right fit for you we will most certainly accept returns of clean, unworn, unwashed and unaltered items for return. Returns must be made within 30 days f the purchase date. Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Instructions

1 Pack all items carefully with a copy of your receipt, your contact information and what you need to exchange the product for eg. A different size. 2 Address the package to:

3 PPC will then exchange the product and cover the cost of sending your new item via courier. PPC will not offer refunds for customers that change their minds. If the items are not fit for their advertised purpose then PPC will offer a refund as long as the item is returned within 10 working days for assessment.
