Payment Instructions:

Payment Instructions are Automatically Sent to all Winning Bidders within a few minutes of auctions closing. We ask that payment is made in full within 3 working days. Please ensure that you include the exact auction number on all deposits to avoid confusion. It may take a couple of days for your payment to appear at our end, depending on who you bank with.

Payment Methods Accepted:

Internet Banking Pay Now & Credit Cards. Pay & Collect with Cash, Eftpos, Master & Visa Cards on collection Note: We don't accept cheques, Amex or Diners Cards.

Courier Deliveries:

Courier Deliveries are sent the same or next working day once payment has cleared unless stated otherwise.

If the goods are found to be faulty, the goods should be returned within 7 or 14 days of the purchase date. All the goods in the invoice remain the property of Patiki4wd & Commercial unless it has been paid for. Goods returned without any proper reason will be charged 20% re-stocking fees

All the electrical and mechanical goods are checked prior to any deal and warranted on these parts, unless stated otherwise. Our best warranty on these parts is 7days or 14 days depending on the parts, we return money for any faulty mechanical parts if returned within 7 or 14 days.

For second-hand engines and gear boxes the general warranty is 3 months or 5000kms (whichever occurs first), this is usually on a deal to deal basis.

Please note that any damages caused to parts when being installed by third-party mechanics voids the warranty (Terms and conditions may apply).
