Payment is required within 24 hours from the time of purchase. All transactions need be settled using either a credit card or Ping; bank deposits are not accepted as a valid payment method sorry.

Typically, regular delivery may require up to 7 days from the point of payment, although it frequently arrives sooner. In-store items are shipped within 2-3 business days (weekdays) from the time of payment. Orders placed after 3pm will be processed and dispatched on the following business day (weekday). If your delivery address is in a rural area, please allow for additional time.

You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped, ensuring you can trace its progress every step of the way. For those who have chosen to collect items from either of our Pushbikes stores, please be aware that click & collect items may not be immediately available due to multiple stock locations. Feel free to contact us for more details before arranging your collection.

Pushbikes prioritizes customer satisfaction. If, for any reason, you receive merchandise that is damaged, incorrectly sent, or defective, we encourage you to reach out to us as soon as possible. However, please note that for normal auctions, we adhere to Trademe's terms and conditions, and as such, we do not offer returns or exchanges. This is due to some auctions involving clearance and end-of-line products that we cannot accept back. In all cases, please reach out to us first, and we can advise on the next steps. Please do not send items back without authorization or the appropriate paperwork. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
