Payments must be made within 3 days of the end of the auction. All cheques will be held for a clearing period before the item will ship. Pickup is available on most auctions.

Lay-by

We also offer lay-by on sales totalling $200 and over. Please ensure you include your auction number with every lay-by payment.

Refund policy

All items can be returned for a full refund within 7 days of receipt minus any shipping costs. Return shipping is at the buyer's cost.
