Cash Payments We receive cash payments in store during business hours.

Visa, MasterCard We currently accept Visa and MasterCard via TradeMe’s Pay Now option.

__Direct Credit & Internet Banking __ Payment Instructions for Direct Credit and Internet Banking payments will be sent to you via TradeMe at the close of auction. You will be required to make payment of the total cost of your order, including postage directly to our nominated bank account.

Please use the auction number, and your full name as a reference against your deposit. If you don't we may not be able to identify your payment. Your order will be dispatched promptly when we receive your payment, usually the next working day.

Take advantage of our simple delivery charges. We offer a flat rate of $12.00 for both our North and South Island customers. Rural Delivery costs are extra. If you do not receive your goods within a reasonable time, please call us so that we can follow up on your behalf.

The anticipated delivery time will be within 1-4 working days. PLEASE NOTE: Rural, long haul and some residential areas may require an additional day(s) delivery time.

Feel free to collect your order at our store, 109 Hewlett’s Road, Mount Maunganui, during business hours.

Please take the time to inspect your NEW product for damage prior to accepting receipt of it from the delivery company/driver. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit. However, in this event a claim for loss or damage is required by the courier company. Please let us know immediately and we will work on your behalf with the delivery company to ensure you get the best results from your claim.

Returns

We will only accept a return if the product is still in the original condition and packaging (including any accessories, manuals and documentation) and you meet the return delivery costs. Once we have received the returned product it will be checked and only if it is in a condition for us to resell it will a refund be issued. We will not accept a returned product where an item has been specially ordered or modified to meet your specifications.

Warranty

All products come with a full manufacturers/distributor warranty (unless otherwise stated). Please Note: You must have the original invoice/receipt/TradeMe reference as proof of your purchase.

In the result of a claim, you may be required to ship the product back to us or the service agent. Shipping costs are not covered under the warranty. If the product is found to be faulty due to inappropriate installation or misuse, the warranty coverage will not be accepted. Should we establish that the product is faulty; it will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. Should a replacement product be unavailable, we will credit you the original purchase price of the product.
